Arden Courts of West Delray is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to provide daily activity programs for residents and assist the Director in delivering a full range of program services.

This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to ensure industry-leading resident programming service delivery; benefits include daily access to pay with ZayZoon and more for part-time staff.

Formación

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions preferred; read, write, and speak English clearly.

Requirements

Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions preferred; Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
Physical Demands: Walking, standing, talking, and hearing; ability to move freely throughout facility
