Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in a supervisory capacity, in maintenance/plant-related position preferred.
• Knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, and various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints; knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work harmoniously with and supervise professional and non-professional personnel.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, a 146-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our dynamic care team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the maintenance department to ensure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner. $30 to $35 an hour, depending on experience, with weekly pay.
