Maintenance Director

Job Summary:

At Grand Villa Assisted Living, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our assisted living facility, providing a safe and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. Maintenance Director is a critical role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Must have 3 years in Assisted Living or Healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of facility maintenance, including repairs, renovations, and deferred maintenance projects

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects

• Supervise and direct maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective use of resources

• Identify and address potential safety hazards and take corrective action to mitigate risks

• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication

• Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve processes and services

Requirements:
