Overview
The Maintenance Director at a Brightview community serves as a leader and coach to our team of maintenance technicians and housekeeping associates to ensure a safe, attractive, clean, well-maintained, and vibrant living experience for our residents and guests.
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the daily maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment, ensuring good repair, cleanliness, attractive appearance, and safety. You will develop and manage your team and serve as a role model to promote a safety culture. Additional duties include managing community service contracts, tracking preventative maintenance and resident work orders, purchasing equipment and supplies, managing expenses within the community budget, and overseeing bids for capital projects and service contracts. This position offers a unique opportunity to positively impact our residents' lives and foster a vibrant community environment.
Salary Range
USD $70,000.00 - USD $77,000.00 /Yr.
