Responsibilities

• Ensure that maintenance policies and procedures identify appropriate safety precautions and equipment to use when performing tasks that could result in bodily injury.
• Place orders for equipment and supplies as necessary and ensure that equipment contaminated with blood or other infectious material is properly labeled or tagged before being set for repair or decontamination.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the overall operation of the Maintenance Department, ensuring the facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner for our residents.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum of 50 feet
