Job summary

EPIC Healthcare is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Director to keep our facility safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors. Lead the maintenance team, oversee repairs, and drive preventative programs to minimize downtime.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets and vendors, and respond quickly to emergencies to maintain a high-quality, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance management, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and safety systems.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks.

Maintenance Director What You’ll Do:

Maintenance Director What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.


• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and safety systems.


• Ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality work.


• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.


• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for nursing homes is a plus.
