• Respond to resident and team member requests with timely, courteous service.
• Collaborate with community leadership to keep the community in exceptional condition.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to maintenance needs as they arise.

What We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma or GED
• Two (2) or more years of facilities maintenance experience
• Senior living experience preferred
• A valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and active automobile insurance
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including an on-call rotation
