Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Maintenance experience preferred, especially in healthcare or multi-unit buildings.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Someone who is reliable, respectful, and enjoys helping others.

Responsibilities

• Take care of general maintenance and repairs around the community.
• Fix everyday items like lighting, paint, drywall, flooring, and basic plumbing.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders.
• Help move, assemble, or install furniture and equipment.
• Assist with resident transportation and support housekeeping when needed.
