Nans Pointe Rehabilitation and Nursing in Suffolk, VA seeks a Maintenance Director to manage maintenance and construction across the facility, grounds, parking lots and equipment. You will perform cleaning tasks as needed, as well as painting, plastering and equipment inspections to ensure proper functioning.

The role covers cooling, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, gas and communication systems, with carpentry duties and heavy cleaning.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work and decide independently.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.

Mansioni

• Work on the cooling, plumbing, gas, electrical, mechanical, oxygen and communication systems.
• Perform carpentry duties as needed.
• Paint, plaster and refinish items as needed.
• Perform heavy duty cleaning.

The Maintenance Director performs maintenance and construction work around the facility. He or she will maintain the grounds, parking lots and equipment; perform cleaning tasks as needed in all areas, as well as paint, plaster and inspect equipment to make sure it is properly functioning.

Responsibilities of Maintenance Director:
