Job summary

Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation Center in Manahawkin, NJ is seeking a skilled maintenance leader to direct our maintenance team. You will oversee all upkeep, safety, and compliance to ensure a safe, functional environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or maintenance supervision preferably in long term care.
• Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, and general repair work.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills, organizational skills, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance and repairs
• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff within department
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and grounds
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Plan and execute capital improvement projects and renovations as needed
• Maintain maintenance records, inventory of supplies, and equipment logs
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations within facility
• Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and implement facility policies and procedures related to maintenance and safety of the facility

Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation Center is a seeking a skilled and proactive to lead our maintenance team in Manahawkin, NJ.
