Job summary

Luxor Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Director/Supervisor to oversee building maintenance, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety compliance. The role covers HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, elevator systems, and generator maintenance within a fast-paced healthcare facility.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare building operations experience and practical skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and tool usage, with knowledge of NFPA Life Safety codes to uphold patient safety and

• Healthcare building operations experience preferred.
• General plumbing and electrical skills.
• Basic carpentry skills.
• General knowledge of using tools.
• Knowledge of NFPA & Life Safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Building maintenance program and repair coordination.
• General daily repairs: doors, lights, patching, etc.
• HVAC/Plumbing/Security/Fire/Electrical/Elevator maintenance.
• Generator compliance and scheduling of routine maintenance.
• Coordinating NFPA and facility life safety visits monthly/quarterly/annually.
