Job summary

Luxor Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Director/Supervisor to keep our facilities running smoothly and safely. You will lead the building maintenance program and coordinate repairs to ensure reliable operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities include managing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, doors, lighting, and life-safety systems, plus generator maintenance scheduling. Strong hands-on carpentry and tool-use skills and NFPA knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Healthcare facility operations experience preferred.
• Basic plumbing and electrical skills.
• Basic carpentry skills.
• General knowledge of maintenance tools.
• Knowledge of NFPA and Life Safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building maintenance programs and repairs.
• Coordinate daily repairs for doors, lights, and painting.
• Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, fire, and elevator systems.
• Schedule generator maintenance and ensure compliance.
• Ensure NFPA and life safety code compliance during visits.

• Building maintenance program and repair coordination
• General daily required repairs, doors, lights, paint patching…
• HVAC/Plumbing/Security/Fire/Electrical/Elevator…
• Generator compliance and scheduling of routine maintenance
• NFPA and facility life safety, coordinating required service visits monthly/quarterly/annually etc.

You’ll do great as our Maintenance Director/ Supervisor because:

• You have Healthcare building operations experienc (preffered).
• You have general plumbing/electrical skills.
• You have basic carpentry skills.
• You have general knowledge in utilizing tools.
