River Crossing Rehab and Healthcare Center in STL, MO is seeking a Maintenance Director / Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of building maintenance and support high-quality patient care.

This role oversees HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire life safety and generator maintenance; leads repairs, safety compliance, and routine service visits, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Healthcare building operations experience preferred.
• General plumbing and electrical skills.
• Basic carpentry skills.
• Knowledge of utilizing tools.
• Understanding of NFPA and Life Safety codes.

Responsibilities

• General daily repairs including doors, lights, and paint patching.
• Oversight of HVAC, plumbing, security, fire, electrical, and elevator systems.

Maintenance Director / Supervisor

We are seeking a Maintenance Director / Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of building maintenance. Join our active, fast-paced, and fun team and make an impact on patient care!

Maintenance Director / Supervisor role includes:

• Building maintenance program and repair coordination

• General daily repairs including doors, lights, and paint patching

• Oversight of HVAC, plumbing, security, fire, electrical, and elevator systems
