Job summary

Manchester Rehab & Healthcare in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Maintenance Director/Supervisor to oversee building operations, maintenance programs, and routine repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.

You will manage generator compliance, coordinate service visits, and ensure NFPA standards are met, with opportunities to lead a small facilities team and collaborate with clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Healthcare building operations experience (preferred).
• General plumbing/electrical skills.
• Basic carpentry skills.
• General knowledge of using tools.
• Knowledge of NFPA & Life Safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building maintenance program and repair coordination.
• Perform general daily repairs including doors, lights, and patching.
• Coordinate HVAC/Plumbing/Safety/Electrical/Elevator maintenance needs.
• Ensure generator compliance and schedule routine maintenance.
• Coordinate service visits and maintain NFPA life-safety standards.
