A Long Term Care Company with multiple facilities in Maryland is currently recruiting a Maintenance Director to lead the Maintenance Team at a facility located in the Silver Spring, MD area.

As Maintenance Director You Will
- Hire and direct staff and provide dependable maintenance services while helping to generate profit through continually improving operating efficiencies and reducing costs.
- Present a professional image to all customers and take a pro-active approach by providing supervision, training, and hands-on assistance.
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations including but not limited to Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA), Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), and the State Department of Health.
- As a member of the facility's Management team, you will work closely with the facility's Administrator and network with individuals at our other Maryland facilities and at the corporate office for technical input and guidance.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Associates Degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience plus 3 to 5 years related experience
- Prior work experience in a related field plus at least 3 years prior management/supervisory experience
