Sand Springs Nursing & Rehab in Sand Springs, OK is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the safety, maintenance, and overall condition of our facility. This hands‑on leadership role ensures a safe, comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

You will manage day-to-day maintenance, coordinate preventive work, troubleshoot building systems, work with vendors, and uphold Life Safety Code and OSHA standards to keep the campus running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Life Safety Code, OSHA requirements, and workplace safety practices.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities
