Job summary

Sand Springs Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the safety, maintenance, and overall condition of our facility in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering a safe, comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

You will oversee day-to-day maintenance, coordinate preventive repairs, troubleshoot plumbing and electrical systems, and coordinate with vendors to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Life Safety Code, OSHA requirements, and workplace safety practices.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
• Perform and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
