Job summary

The Terraces at Via Verde in San Dimas, CA, part of Agemark Senior Living, seeks a Maintenance Director to lead maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry teams and keep the community safe and welcoming. This hands-on role balances leadership with practical problem solving to maintain facilities to the highest standards.

You will oversee building systems, safety programs, vendor management, and timely resident move-ins, contributing to a Great Place to Work culture built on EPIC ACTS values.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry teams.
• Oversee building systems, grounds, equipment, vehicles, and repairs.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and respond to maintenance needs.
• Manage safety inspections, drills, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure apartments are ready for resident move-ins and coordinate timely turnarounds.
• Manage vendors, contractors, inventory, and maintenance budgets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.

At The Terraces at Via Verde, an Agemark Senior Living community, we're looking for an experienced Maintenance Director to lead our Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry teams while keeping our community safe, welcoming, and running smoothly. What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry team members
• Oversee building systems, grounds, equipment, vehicles, and general repairs
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and respond to maintenance needs
• Manage safety inspections, fire drills, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance
• Ensure apartments are ready for resident move-ins and coordinate timely turnarounds
• Manage vendors, contractors, inventory, and maintenance budgets
• Step in, troubleshoot, and find solutions when something needs attention

What You’ll Bring
