Job summary

Regirer Park Health & Rehab Center in Richmond, VA seeks a full-time Environmental Services/Maintenance staff member to uphold Life Safety Code compliance and maintain the facility, equipment, and grounds in good working order. Must have a high school diploma and at least two years in environmental services or maintenance, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with hourly wages between $35.00 and $38.50, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to ensure the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

• Must have at least two (2) years' experience in environmental services, maintenance, or relative trade, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available

• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday, 8:30a - 5:00p

• Wage: $35.00 - $38.50 per hour
