Job summary

Julia Ribaudo Extended Care Center in Lake Ariel, PA, is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director in keeping the Life Safety Code compliance, facilities, and equipment in top condition. You will help ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained premises for residents and staff.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:
