Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an Environmental Services/Maintenance professional to maintain Life Safety Code compliance and the physical plant at a skilled nursing facility. You will ensure equipment, grounds and utilities operate safely and in alignment with policies and regulations.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of related experience, with Life Safety experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental services or related trade, healthcare or hospitality industry preferred.
• Life Safety experience preferred.
• Must have at least two years’ experience in environmental services, maintenance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities in good working order.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to ensure the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have at least two (2) years’ experience in environmental services, maintenance, or relative trade, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
• Life Safety experience preferred.

Shift and Wage

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday, 8:30a - 4:30p
• On Call As Needed
• Wage: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
