Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance department, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and maintain a clean, safe senior living environment. The role includes supervising maintenance staff and ensuring efficient laundry operations.

The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings, a commitment to resident care, and strong communication skills to collaborate with teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of maintenance supervisory experience.
• Experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Fire and passion for working with seniors.
