Qualifications

• Must be available on call for urgent facility needs to ensure prompt response and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace defective machines and equipment to keep operations smooth.
• Maintain safe, neat environment for residents and staff through upkeep of grounds and facilities.
• Conduct regular fire drills to ensure safety compliance.
• Organize, maintain, and store department supplies and equipment for efficiency.
• Inventory and safeguard resident possessions for comfort and security.
• Complete forms, reports, evaluations, and studies for decision-making in the department.
• Ensure maintenance work meets high-quality standards to protect reputation.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Manage staffing, training, supervision, and scheduling for the department.

Maintenance Director

Apple Springs Senior Living, located in Omak, Washington is currently seeking a Maintenance Director

to join our team.

Director of Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guarantee that all defective machines, equipment, and appliances are repaired or replaced to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain a safe, neat, and orderly environment for our residents and staff by ensuring grounds and facilities are well-maintained
• Conduct regular fire drills to ensure preparedness and compliance with safety protocols
• Organize, maintain, and store all department-specific supplies and equipment to optimize efficiency
• Inventory, identify, and help store resident personal possessions on an ongoing basis to ensure their comfort and security
• Complete forms, reports, evaluations, and studies related to the Maintenance Department to facilitate informed decision-making
• Ensure that all maintenance work meets high-quality standards to maintain a positive reputation
• Oversee a planned program of preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime
• Take responsibility for staffing, training, supervision, discipline, and scheduling for the department to ensure effective operations

Director of Maintenance Qualifications and Skills:
