Qualifications

• Good technical and mechanical skills.
• Experience in light carpentry and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment, grounds, and building.
• Complete requests for repairs and oversee day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Maintain resident rooms, common areas, offices, and outdoor spaces.
• Ensure safety of sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping, and exterior areas.
• Monitor building systems including fire alarms and sprinklers.

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment, grounds, and building
• Complete request for repairs
• Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance operations of the facility
• Perform and coordinate repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, windows, lighting, and fixtures
• Maintain resident rooms, common areas, offices, and outdoor spaces
• Ensure sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping, and exterior areas are safe and maintained
• Monitor building systems including fire alarms, sprinklers

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Life Safety Code (LSC) rules and recordkeeping.
