Job summary

Fountain Court Senior Living in Maple Valley, WA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Director to lead maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry services in our senior living community.

You will oversee repairs, manage building systems, and supervise staff while ensuring safety and a welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership & communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and use tools safely.
• Organized, dependable, and customer‑service focused.
• Able to meet physical requirements (lifting, walking, ladders).
• CPR/First Aid within 30 days of hire; TB test & background check required.

Responsibilities

Fountain Court Senior Living, located in Maple Valley, Washington is currently seeking an experienced, hands‑on Maintenance Director to lead maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry services in our senior living community. This key role ensures our building, systems, and grounds stay safe, clean, and welcoming for residents and staff.
