Job summary

Fountain Court Senior Living in Maple Valley, WA, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to lead maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry, ensuring safe, clean, and welcoming surroundings for residents and staff.

You will oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and building systems (HVAC, generators, alarms, sprinklers), and lead training for housekeeping and laundry teams while coordinating drills and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership & communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and use tools/equipment safely.
• Organized, dependable, and customer-service focused.
• Able to meet physical requirements (lifting, walking, ladders).
• CPR/First Aid within 30 days of hire; TB test & background check required.

Responsibilities
