Job Title: Maintenance Director

Are you an experienced maintenance professional? As our Maintenance Director, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for maintaining the physical plant at our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the physical plant, mechanical, electrical, and resident care equipment in safe working condition.
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, coordinating with outside contractors and tradespeople.
• Manage departmental budget, inventory, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, codes, and regulations related to maintenance and life safety.
• Supervise housekeeping and laundry departments (if applicable).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least three years of experience in physical plant maintenance in an institutional setting, with supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Preferred certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work.
