Saber Health Group is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional to oversee Life Safety Code compliance, facility upkeep, and all utilities at a skilled nursing facility. You will follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies and work under community administration and maintenance procedures.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in environmental services or maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience in environmental services, maintenance, or a related trade.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Life Safety Code compliance and keep facilities in good working order.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to ensure the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

• Must have at least two (2) years’ experience in environmental services, maintenance, or relative trade, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available

• Shifts Needed: 8:30a - 5:00p
