Sovran Health & Rehab Center in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time Environmental Services/Maintenance role to keep the Life Safety Code, equipment, and facilities in excellent condition and to support daily operations with a focus on patient care and safety.

You will follow health, sanitary and infection control policies, maintain standards of practice, and work a Monday–Friday 8:00a–4:30p schedule with on-call duties for emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent is required.
• At least two years' experience in environmental services, maintenance, or a related trade, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to ensure the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

• Must have at least two (2) years’ experience in environmental services, maintenance, or relative trade, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available

• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday, 8:00a - 4:30p

• Wage: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
