Responsibilities

• Providing a safe and intact environment for residents and staff
• Establishing overall goals, strategies, and objectives for the team
• Ensuring processes and procedures are upheld to meet company goals
• Verifying that all health and safety regulations are followed
• Overseeing the setup and functionality of a preventive maintenance system
• Ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly
• Confirming compliance with State and Federal Regulatory codes and adhering to the standards outlined in the Corporate Ethics and Corporate Compliance Plan
