Responsibilities

• Oversee and actively participate in daily maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, generators, and general facility upkeep.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment and infrastructure are safe, clean, and operating efficiently.
• Develop maintenance staff schedules and provide strong team supervision and support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, warranties, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, labor laws, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs, upgrades, and new equipment installations.
• Work collaboratively with other departments and administration to maintain a high standard of facility safety and cleanliness.

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Director to lead and actively participate in the maintenance operations of our healthcare facility. This role requires someone who is not only capable of managing a team but is also comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get the job done alongside their staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and actively participate in daily maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, generators, and general facility upkeep.
