Job description

We need a full-time Maintenance Director to join our team at Doverwood Village in Hamilton, Ohio. You'll be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, service, and repair work and report directly to the facility Administrator.

Salary: $52,000 to $58,000 Per Year

You’ll Be Responsible For:

1. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain high standards across Assisted Living Suites, Independent Living Apartments, and Patio Homes.
2. Coordinating maintenance tasks with team members of maintenance and environmental services.
3. Ensuring compliance with building and equipment standards, and documenting inspections in accordance with regulations.
4. Managing a campus with 200+ residents, including Assisted Living, Independent Living Apartments, and Patio Homes.

You’ll Need To Have:

1. A High School Diploma or GED.
2. Experience with basic hand tools.
3. Knowledge of building equipment, codes, and systems.
4. The ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
5. Facility maintenance experience; hospital or nursing home experience is preferred.
6. The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
