Job summary

Wapakoneta Health Care Center is seeking a hands-on Maintenance/Facilities Manager to oversee operations, lead a maintenance team, and ensure life safety across the facility. The role requires strong organization and prior management experience in a long-term care setting.

The position involves hands-on tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs to keep the building, equipment, and grounds safe and functional for residents and staff.
