The role covers routine maintenance, repairs, safety checks, and compliance with regulatory standards, with HVAC experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities include preventive and emergency maintenance across buildings, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, log keeping, and on-call rotation.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in residential, healthcare, hospitality or institutional settings.
• Ability to perform basic electrical, plumbing and general maintenance tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across residential and clinical buildings.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and general upkeep.
• Assist with HVAC monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify safety hazards and maintenance needs.
• Respond to maintenance work orders and urgent issues promptly.
• Support compliance with Health Department, Fire Department, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards.
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation.
• Assist with grounds upkeep and exterior maintenance as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across residential and clinical buildings

Complete repairs related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and general upkeep

Assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining HVAC systems

Conduct regular facility inspections to identify safety hazards and maintenance needs

Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and urgent issues

Support compliance with Health Department, Fire Department, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation

Assist with grounds upkeep and exterior maintenance as needed

Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours or emergency maintenance

Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or GED

Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience (residential, healthcare, hospitality, or institutional preferred)

Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Preferred:

HVAC certification or hands-on HVAC maintenance experience

Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or residential treatment settings

Familiarity with Joint Commission or regulatory compliance environments
