Enterhealth is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help keep our residential treatment campus running smoothly. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment that supports patient care and recovery, this on-site role offers steady practice with real impact.

You will perform routine repairs, inspect facilities, manage work orders, and help maintain equipment across building, kitchen, laundry, and grounds.

Formación

• General building maintenance skills and safe use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions, manage assigned priorities, and complete work reliably.
• Good communication, basic computer skills, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Handle routine building repairs, work orders, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot general maintenance issues involving doors, fixtures, plumbing, HVAC, and other building equipment within your training.
• Inspect buildings and grounds, address hazards, and report repair needs promptly.
• Help maintain kitchen and laundry equipment, emergency lighting, generators, and other assigned systems.
• Keep accurate work records and communicate job status, supply needs, and delays to your supervisor.
• Keep tools, chemicals, supplies, and work areas organized and secure; support grounds upkeep and facility setup as needed.
• Work respectfully around patients and staff and follow facility safety and confidentiality procedures.

• Healthcare, residential facility, or hospitality maintenance experience is a plus.

Work Environment:

This is an active, on-site position with indoor and outdoor work, tool use, ladder work, and moving equipment and supplies with appropriate assistance. Essential functions may be performed with reasonable accommodation.
