Autumn Lake Healthcare At Crofton is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the upkeep and safety of our Crofton facility. Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership in a healthcare or similar facility.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and waste management
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance
• Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance issues
• Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and protocols
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and health regulations
• Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure a high level of quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve processes
