Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and waste management
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance
• Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance issues
• Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and protocols
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and health regulations
