As our Maintenance Director at this skilled nursing facility, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing a range of maintenance tasks
Managing the budget effectively
Ensuring strict regulatory compliance
Maintaining collaborative relationships with external vendors and contractors
Leading the maintenance team

In this extremely vital position of Maintenance Director, you will report directly to the Nursing Home Administrator.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent is required.
Basic training/knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVACR systems is required.
Prior supervisory experience is required.
Working knowledge of state and federal Life Safety Code is required.
At least 1-year experience working as a Maintenance Director in a skilled nursing facility setting is preferred.
