What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Maintenance Director, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and building codes. You will maintain the community in a sanitary, attractive, and safe condition, ensuring all systems (electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling) are in good repair and hazard-free. The role also includes responsibility for providing quality laundry services.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic personality
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience in maintenance within LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings
• At least one year of supervisory maintenance experience
• Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Excellent communication skills
