Job summary

Cleveland Skilled Nursing Care Community in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a full-time Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance team and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents, staff and visitors.

You will manage preventive maintenance programs, oversee budgets and inventory, coordinate with other departments, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal standards to keep the facility operating at peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repair of facility systems, equipment, and grounds
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential issues and develop plans for correction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to resident care and services

The Maintenance Director is a key member of our operations team in our skilled nursing facility, in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facility to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
