The Maintenance Director is a key member of our operations team in our skilled nursing facility, in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facility to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repair of facility systems, equipment, and grounds


• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life


• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential issues and develop plans for correction


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to resident care and services


• Develop and manage departmental budget and inventory


• Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and standards
