Job summary

Legacy Healthcare's facility in a historic community near Chicago seeks a Maintenance Director to oversee all maintenance operations and ensure safety and comfort for residents. Lead the maintenance team, manage schedules, and uphold safety standards within the building and grounds.

The role requires 2–3 years of prior Maintenance Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting and a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a Maintenance Director you are critical in maintaining all internal and external aspects of the facility and grounds. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by overseeing and supervising all aspects of the maintenance department, ensuring the facility and grounds meet all related safety codes and ensuring that equipment and systems maintenance schedules are monitored and followed. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and two to three years of prior Maintenance Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
