Hot Springs Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance and safety of the center, including Fire and Safety compliance. The role entails implementing preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.

Essential duties include coordinating annual maintenance programs, inventory control, and conducting fire/disaster drills. A background in building maintenance and knowledge of electrical/plumbing systems are

Qualifications

• General experience in equipment maintenance.
• Able to assess physical plant problems and respond.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing, copper, galvanized, and plastic pipe.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC unit maintenance and repairs.
• Working knowledge of building codes, fire regulations, and emergency plant operations.
• Demonstrated skills in construction techniques.
• Knowledge of materials used in building construction and maintenance.
