Job summary

Lincoln Hills Golf Club in Lincoln, CA is seeking a part-time Maintenance Detail Worker to support turf care and course maintenance. The role involves hand-trimming, edging, and daily groundskeeping tasks to keep the course pristine.

The job requires early mornings, physical work, and the ability to operate common landscaping tools safely. This is a part-time position offering paid daily, benefits eligibility, and golf privileges.

Responsibilities

• Hand-trim and edge turf around paths, curbs, bunkers, beds and trees.
• Rake and edge sand bunkers, fill divots, clear litter and debris.
• Safely operate walk-behind mowers and string trimmers.
• Move tee markers, empty trash, service ball-washing stations.
• Water dry turf, pull weeds and apply mulch as directed.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What Success Looks Like:

Your Impact

• Hand-trim and edge turf around cart paths, curbs, bunkers, flower beds and trees
• Rake and edge sand bunkers, fill divots on tees and fairways and clear daily litter or storm debris
• Safely operate walk-behind push mowers and string trimmers around greens and clubhouse boundaries
• Help move tee markers, empty trash bins and service ball-washing stations around the course
• Hand-water dry turf spots, pull weeds and apply mulch to landscaped areas as directed
• Reports and addresses unsafe conditions immediately.
• Other tasks as assigned.

What You Bring

• Must have a general understanding of landscaping.
• Must have knowledge and the ability to operate tools, utility carts, hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Must be flexible and able to perform multiple tasks and work in stressful situations.
• Ability to work early morning hours in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• The ideal candidate is available and willing to work Monday - Friday schedule up to 28 hours per week
