Job summary

Echo Falls Golf Club is seeking a Seasonal Landscaper/Groundskeeper to help maintain the golf course and grounds. The role includes setting up the course, turf maintenance, and ensuring tools and equipment are properly cared for and stored.

You will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, perform multiple tasks, and participate in a culture that values safety and teamwork. Compensation includes per-hour pay, daily payout options, and a strong benefits package for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• General understanding of golf course landscaping.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the golf course: cutting cups, tee set up, filling divots, using various mowers, raking bunkers, hand watering, using hand tools.
• Maintain the landscaping grounds and other general upkeep.
• Ensure the security, cleanliness, preventative maintenance and repair of all department tools, equipment and safety features.
• Ensure all work spaces are kept clean and orderly and store tools and spare parts properly.
• Responsible for proper care of tools and equipment used to perform tasks.
• Complete delegated work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Other tasks as assigned.

What Success Looks Like: Your Impact

• Reports and addresses unsafe conditions immediately.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Must have a general understanding of golf courses landscaping.
• Must have knowledge and the ability to operate tools, hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Must be flexible and able to perform multiple tasks and work in stressful situations
