Job summary

Airborne Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a clerical/administrative specialist to support Line Maintenance management and on-site personnel in Erlanger, KY. Responsibilities include data research, labor tracking, and coordinating work packages within customer systems.

You will assist with report generation, document production, and communications with internal and external customers while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree with 1 year clerical/administrative experience, or 3 years general office experience with word processing, spreadsheets and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to produce documents at ~40 wpm.
• Strong written and spoken communication with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Line Maintenance management and on-site personnel.
• Conduct data research and labor tracking/research; coordinate work packages.
• Enter data and update customer systems (WINGS/TRAX/PRIM/OMIS/AMOS) per specifications.
• Assist station personnel in identifying/retrieving materials/resources and communicating data.
• Generate reports and perform computer updates; provide general customer support.
