Prairie Farms Dairy, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Clerk at our Anderson, IN plant. The role focuses on data entry, recordkeeping, and preparing reports, bills of lading, and communications using Excel and Word.

Collaboration with the maintenance and engineering teams is essential. The position supports the Maintenance Coordinator/Health & Safety Coordinator and requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and clear written and verbal communication.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with maintenance management software.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Enter data and maintain records to prepare reports and statements.
• Prepare documents such as bill of ladings and correspondence.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word and other computer systems.
• Collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure accurate records.
• Assist the Maintenance Coordinator/Health & Safety Coordinator.
