Job summary

Naval Systems, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Data Analyst to support the Score Technology and Analytics Center for the Presidential Helicopter program. You will assist the Workload Scheduler with CCPM project plans, forecast maintenance events, and analyze capacity and WIP.

Candidates should load templates into scheduling software, participate in workload planning meetings, and present what-if analyses. Experience with Navy aviation and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree preferred, not required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills essential.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PPT, Project).

Responsibilities

• Assist Workload Scheduler with CCPM project plans and maintenance event forecasts.
• Analyze capacity, resource requirements, and Work in Process (WIP).
• Load project templates into workload scheduling software and support planning meetings.
• Prepare and present what-if analyses and charts of project performance.
• Monitor workload execution against plans and support Navy/DoD aviation programs.
