Become a part of the "Bath-Built is Best Built" tradition. As a Maintenance Custodian you will maintain cleanliness of facilities including offices, areas throughout the buildings, grounds keeping and snow removal.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Lawn mowing (riding and walk behind)
• Hedge trimming and weed whacking
• Landscaping
• Groundskeeping
• Office cleaning
• Bathroom/shower cleaning
• Operate shampooer
• Operate buffing machines
• Wax application
• Street sweeper
• Recycling
• Snow and ice removal (everywhere) and hand shoveling

Hiring for all shifts:

• 1st: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• 2nd: 3:30pm - 11:30pm
• 3rd: 10:00pm - 6:00am

The pay range for this position ranges from $25.73/hr - $27.83/hr.

Required/Preferred Education/Training

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Driver's license required.

Required/Preferred Experience

• A positive attitude and be ready to work as part of a team required.
• Experience performing janitorial cleaning in an industrial/commercial environment preferred.
• Experience operating lawn care equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of floor stripping, waxing and buffing processes preferred.
• Knowledge of janitorial duties and standards preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and sanitizing processes preferred.
• Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) certified perferred.
• Must be able to meet and perform to the requirements of the physical task analysis preferred.
