Seasonal Maintenance

Seasonal Outdoor Maintenance Positions – Flexible Start Time

We are seeking two reliable individuals for seasonal positions with the opportunity to continue through the year based on performance and availability. These roles will average 30+ hours per week and offer a flexible start time.

Job Duties

• For individuals under 18:
• Weeding, mulching, and landscaping
• Planting and seeding
• Yard cleanup and painting
• General outdoor maintenance
• Assisting with small construction projects

• For individuals 18 and over (in addition to the above tasks):
• Mowing, trimming, and edging

Qualifications

• Seasonal position with potential to continue during school breaks or after school hours
• Ideal for high school or college students looking for steady, outdoor work
• Must be dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to execute the terms and conditions set forth in the Good Neighbor Society Handbook, including, but not limited to:

• Works in a safety-conscious manner, which ensures that safe work practices are used in order not to pose a risk to oneself or others in the workplace. Report any safety violations or hazards to the supervisor.
